Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading construction plans, blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
• Health and Safety certification or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications
• Experience with construction scheduling software and digital reporting tools is advantageous

About the role

Konstruksi is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on site. This role is essential to our success and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the delivery of our construction projects across Bali.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating construction teams on site, ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols and company standards

Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving delays or issues promptly

Conducting daily site inspections to ensure work quality meets specifications and regulatory requirements

Managing material deliveries, equipment utilisation and site logistics to optimise efficiency

Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives

Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, labour hours, material usage and safety incidents

Implementing health and safety procedures and conducting toolbox talks to promote a safety-first culture

Training and mentoring site staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical requirements

Identifying and resolving on-site conflicts and managing performance issues with professionalism

Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations and environmental standards

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar supervisory role on active construction sites

Proven track record of successfully managing construction teams and delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety protocols and local building regulations in Bali or Indonesia

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

Proficiency in reading construction plans, blueprints and technical drawings

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal

Health and Safety certification or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications

Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions and at heights when necessary

Experience with construction scheduling software and digital reporting tools is advantageous

Valid driving licence and reliable transportation to site locations
