Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team in Nusa Penida. As the Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of villa development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the work on site, including both equipment and personnel, including direct employees and subcontractors
• Organize and manage the work on site.
• Follow the construction plans and drawings provided by the chief engineer of the project.
• Ensure that the quality and volume of work performed meets the standards.
• Follow the technological processes, maintain the sequence of construction work;
• The main task is to start and finish the construction site with high quality and on time.
• Prevent any disruptions in the work sequence and avoid conflicting processes that may delay the project deadlines or affect quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience inline manager in construction projects.
• Must be able to spend the entire working day on site. Preferably have experience in civil and industrial construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to read and interpret at least physical construction drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a significant advantage;
• Fluent in English
• Experience in monolith, MEP, architecture
• Willingness to relocate to Nusa Penida, Bali
