Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi, perusahaan konstruksi berbasis di Bali, sedang membangun villa dan hotel butik serta menyiapkan tim untuk proyek berkelanjutan. Posisi surveyor dibutuhkan untuk mengatur set-out seluruh area kerja dan memastikan akurasi sejak awal, dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.

Pelamar harus menguasai total station, auto level, theodolite, dan AutoCAD untuk plotting data survei. Bahasa Indonesia wajib; bahasa Inggris dasar adalah nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• SMK atau D3 di Geomatics, Geodesy, Civil Engineering atau setara.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai surveyor di proyek bangunan.
• Mampu membaca gambar struktural dan arsitektur secara independen.

Responsibilities

• Menandai titik bangunan, garis grid, kolom, dinding, dan bukaan dari gambar yang disetujui.
• Menetapkan dan melindungi benchmark serta referensi level di seluruh lokasi.
• Memverifikasi level dan dimensi sebelum setiap pengecoran beton, serta mendokumentasikan ceknya.
• Menghasilkan data survei as-built dan menyerahkannya ke drafter untuk gambar as-built.
• Melakukan survei topografi dan volume untuk pekerjaan tanah.
• Melaporkan setiap ketidakcocokan antara gambar dan kondisi lapangan secara tertulis.
• Memelihara instrumen survei dan menjaga catatan kalibrasi tetap akurat.

Job description

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

Setting out and levels for the whole site. Every column, every wall, every slab starts from your work, so it has to be right the first time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Set out buildings, grid lines, columns, walls and openings from the approved drawings.

Establish and protect benchmarks and level references across the site.

Verify levels and dimensions before every concrete pour, and record the check.

Produce as built survey data and hand it to the drafters for the as built drawings.

Carry out topographic and volume surveys for earthworks.

Report any discrepancy between the drawing and the ground immediately, in writing.

Maintain the survey instruments and keep the calibration records current.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SMK or D3 in Geomatics, Geodesy, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years as a surveyor on building projects.

Fluent with total station, auto level and theodolite. GPS RTK is a plus.

Able to read structural and architectural drawings independently.

AutoCAD for plotting survey data.

Precise and methodical. On this site a 2 cm error is a problem, not a detail.

Bahasa Indonesia required. Basic English is an advantage.
