Job summary

Stedi Talent Solution client, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, seeks a highly experienced Production Manager for meat processing operations. You will lead production, plan resources, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of meat products.

You will drive KPI monitoring, optimize processes, and coordinate with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement to sustain peak performance in a fast-paced facility with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in meat processing.
• Proven experience managing production operations, including planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing operations and products such as processed meat, sausages, and ready-to-eat meats.

• Develop and manage production plans, optimizing manpower, materials, machinery and capacity to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead theproduction operations, ensuring output, quality, food safety, and production schedules are consistently achieved.
• Develop and manage production plans, optimizing manpower, raw materials, machinery, and capacity to meet demand efficiently.
• Monitor production KPIs, including yield, waste, downtime, productivity, and cost, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, halal, and workplace safety standards across all production activities.
• Lead and develop production teams while working closely with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and other functions to ensure smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands‑on experience in meat processing.
• Proven experience managing theproduction operations, including production planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing operations and products, including processed meat, sausages, cold cuts, ready‑to‑eat meat, or similar.
• Proven track record in improving productivity, yield, cost efficiency, and minimizing production waste.
• Strong people management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience managing production teams and coordinating with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field, withexperience managing a factory or production facilityis preferred.
