Job summary

STEDI Talent Solution is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for a leading dairy FMCG company in Indonesia. You will oversee all dairy production operations, drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and manage a cross-functional team across planning, quality, and maintenance.

The role requires hands-on dairy manufacturing expertise, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/production systems. Commercial awareness and a track record of optimizing yield and reducing waste are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in dairy or dairy-based production.
Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, production systems, and applicable food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, halal).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end dairy production operations, ensuring targets, quality, safety, and delivery schedules are met.
Develop and execute production plans optimizing manpower, raw materials, equipment, and capacity for efficiency.
Monitor KPIs: output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste, and costs; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, halal requirements and quality standards across production.
Lead, develop and manage production teams, implement SOPs, safety practices and operational discipline.
Collaborate with QA, PPIC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse to resolve issues and improve processes.
