Job summary

STEDI Talent Solution in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Production Manager for a leading FMCG meat processing operation. The role demands strong hands-on leadership to drive output, quality, and safety across the plant.

You will develop production plans, optimize resources, and monitor KPIs to improve yield and reduce waste. Collaboration with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, and other functions is essential to ensure smooth plant performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on meat processing background.
Proven experience in production planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
Strong knowledge of meat processing operations (processed meat, sausages, cold cuts, RTE meat).

Responsibilities

Lead meat processing operations, ensuring outputs, quality, food safety, and schedules are met.
Develop and manage production plans optimizing manpower, materials, machinery, and capacity.
Monitor KPIs (yield, waste, downtime, productivity, cost) and drive improvements.
Ensure GMP, HACCP, halal, and workplace safety standards across all activities.
Lead and develop production teams and coordinate with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement.
