Job summary

Stedi Talent Solution is assisting a leading FMCG company in Indonesia to recruit a seasoned Production Manager for a dairy-based manufacturing facility. You will oversee end-to-end production, quality control, food safety, and team leadership to meet targets and delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FMCG/food manufacturing with dairy experience, a Bachelor’s in Food Technology or related field, and strong ERP/production systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing with hands-on dairy production
• Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes and related food safety standards
• Experience managing production teams, planning, quality, safety, productivity, and costs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end dairy production operations ensuring targets, quality, safety and delivery schedules
• Develop and execute production plans to optimize manpower, raw materials, equipment, and capacity
• Monitor KPIs: output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste and costs with corrective actions
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, halal compliance across production activities
• Lead, develop and manage production teams and enforce SOPs, safety, and discipline
• Collaborate with QA, PPIC, Engineering, Warehouse to resolve issues and continuously improve processes
