Qualifications

• 10+ years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on meat processing background.
• Proven experience in production planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing operations (processed meat, sausages, cold cuts, RTE meat).

Responsibilities

• Lead meat processing operations, ensuring outputs, quality, food safety, and schedules are met.
• Develop and manage production plans optimizing manpower, materials, machinery, and capacity.
• Monitor KPIs (yield, waste, downtime, productivity, cost) and drive improvements.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, halal, and workplace safety standards across all activities.
• Lead and develop production teams and coordinate with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Production Manager to join our client's team at a leading FMCG company in Indonesia. They are seeking a person with a strong background in production management, particularly in the meat processing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead theproduction operations, ensuring output, quality, food safety, and production schedules are consistently achieved.
• Develop and manage production plans, optimizing manpower, raw materials, machinery, and capacity to meet demand efficiently.
• Monitor production KPIs, including yield, waste, downtime, productivity, and cost, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, halal, and workplace safety standards across all production activities.
• Lead and develop production teams while working closely with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and other functions to ensure smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in meat processing.
• Proven experience managing theproduction operations, including production planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing operations and products, including processed meat, sausages, cold cuts, ready-to-eat meat, or similar.
• Proven track record in improving productivity, yield, cost efficiency, and minimizing production waste.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing production teams and coordinating with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field, withexperience managing a factory or production facilityis preferred.
