You will develop production plans, optimize manpower and materials, monitor KPIs, ensure GMP, HACCP, CPPOB and halal compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our client's team, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry, with hands‑on experience in production management within dairy or dairy‑based food manufacturing. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, operations, quality control, food safety, productivity, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end dairy production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Develop and execute production plans, optimizing manpower, raw materials, equipment, and production capacity to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor key production KPIs, including output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste, and production costs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, halal requirements, and applicable food safety and quality standards across all production activities.
• Lead, develop, and manage production teams while ensuring effective implementation of SOPs, work instructions, safety practices, and operational discipline.
• Work closely with QA, PPIC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse, and other functions to resolve operational issues and continuously improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands‑on experience in dairy or dairy‑based production.
• Proven experience managing production operations, including production planning, quality, food safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, production systems, and applicable food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, and halal requirements.
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations, with strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated track record in improving production efficiency, yield, utilization, and waste reduction while maintaining product quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field, and experience with ERP/production systems is preferred.
