Job summary

Stedi Talent Solution client, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, seeks a highly experienced Production Manager for meat processing operations. You will lead production, plan resources, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of meat products.

You will drive KPI monitoring, optimize processes, and coordinate with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement to sustain peak performance in a fast-paced facility with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of production management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in meat processing.
• Proven experience managing production operations, including planning, quality, food safety, and process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing operations and products such as processed meat, sausages, and ready-to-eat meats.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations, ensuring output, quality, food safety, and production schedules are met.
• Develop and manage production plans, optimizing manpower, materials, machinery and capacity to meet demand.
• Monitor production KPIs (yield, waste, downtime, productivity, cost) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety, halal, and workplace safety standards across production activities.
• Lead and develop production teams while coordinating with QA, PPIC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement.
