Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Product Manager in Jakarta to drive sales and profitability for designated product groups. You will enable the sales team and support vendors through marketing programs, training, and pre-sales activities to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex plans end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/Business/Engineering or related field.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and local language.
• Able to perform complex calculations and problem solving.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and execution of business plans for vendor product groups to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Develop understanding of markets, customers’ needs and competition.
• Design planning including inventory turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimization.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Support sales team to maximize performance; coordinate with Channels Sales Team.
