PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager in Jakarta to define and execute strategies that raise productivity for internal and external promoter teams, directly impacting the sales funnel.

You will train and coach the sales force, align materials with brand messaging, and measure performance to drive improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing/business/communication and 8+ years in sales enablement or revenue roles, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of +8 years’ experience in sales enablement or revenue-oriented role.
• Experience in field training with commercial teams and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and B2B sales enablement strategies to provide latest product information and competitive intelligence.
• Provide sales training and coaching to improve productivity and effectiveness metrics impacting the Sales funnel.
• Measure and report key metrics such as productivity and clerk satisfaction to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align training materials and messaging with brand goals.
• Collaborate with Product to communicate innovations and clarify product details.
• Follow AB testing methodology and report enablement effectiveness to senior management.
