Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation in Jakarta is seeking a Product Specialist to support the Product Manager in achieving sales and profit targets across product groups. You will enable the sales force, run marketing programs, train the team and coordinate with vendors and partners to maximize revenue and margins.

The role emphasizes field execution, forecasting support, and reporting to improve vendor commitments and drive rebates and investments. A bachelor’s degree and IT distribution exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experiences within IT distribution.
• Appropriate vendor product sales certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Implement marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Execute joint initiatives with vendor and business partners.
• Maintain inventory turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimization.
• Develop business plans to achieve vendor revenue targets and profits.
• Achieve revenue plans by brand and market segment.
• Coordinate functions to deliver outcomes in each product plan.
• Maintain vendor relationships and sales processes knowledge.
• Ensure high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
