Job summary

Seven Retail seeks a Procurement and Inventory Staff to support operational efficiency through procurement of academic materials, school supplies, equipment, and related operational needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with high precision in administrative tasks and data entry.
• Experience in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Basic negotiation skills to engage with vendors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail/academic procurement is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage PR, PO, and procurement data in internal systems or spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate, organized purchasing records for data integrity.
• Review vendor documentation (invoices, delivery orders) for accuracy.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports to support decision-making and efficiency.
