Job summary

Seven Retail in Jakarta is seeking a Procurement Associate Manager to lead end-to-end procurement of operational equipment and consumables. You will identify and onboard vendors, negotiate terms, issue POs, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage budgets and multiple projects in a retail or education setting.

• Track and analyze procurement spending, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms, prices, and service level agreements.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or educational setting.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
