Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale academic procurement for ~15 branches and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Serve as School PIC for assigned branches, monitor academic quality and programs.
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to teachers and headmasters to uphold standards.
• Support operational needs and precise execution of learning programs across branches.
• Drive cross-branch coordination to align academic quality as the network grows.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and propose improvements.
