Seven Retail Group in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Procurement Associate Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for operational equipment and consumables, coordinating requisitions, PO processing, and budget compliance.

You will identify and onboard vendors, negotiate SLAs, monitor performance, collaborate with internal teams, and drive cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in retail or education.
• Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and PO processing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage budgets and cost efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and vendor relations skills.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms, prices, and service level agreements.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely availability of required items.
• Track and analyze procurement spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to budget.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or educational setting.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
