Job summary

Prysmian in Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage vendor search, supplier selection, and procurement activities for the Indotaisei Industrial Area plant in Cikampek.

You will create purchase orders in SAP, negotiate with vendors, and ensure purchases follow company policies and standard manufacturing procedures.

Requires D3 or higher, Excel skills, SAP experience preferred, and strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree) or higher in any major (preferably engineering).
• Ability to operate Microsoft Excel (Beginner to Intermediate level).
• Experience with SAP system is preferred.
• Good negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor search and selection following company policies.
• Execute procurement of goods and services for the plant.
• Create purchase orders using the SAP system.
• Negotiate with vendors at all stages of procurement.
