Job summary

PT Dinito Jaya Sakti is seeking a dynamic procurement professional to join our team in Jakarta. The role focuses on purchasing local and international goods, PO creation, vendor negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery within ERP processes.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of purchasing experience, be bilingual in Mandarin and English, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Honest, proactive, and responsible.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing.
• Able to speak and write Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experienced in using ERP systems.
• Able to negotiate, think analytically, and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and input Purchase Orders (PO) into the ERP system.
• Handle purchasing goods and raw materials locally and internationally when required.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and identify potential suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with domestic and international vendors.
• Follow up on orders and ensure goods are delivered according to schedule.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and related departments.
• Ensure purchasing data and documents are recorded in the ERP system.
• Willing to perform duties outside the office when required.
