Job summary

PT Mulia Industrindo Tbk is seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our Cikarang-based team. You will manage procurement activities, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and process POs to ensure timely delivery of materials for manufacturing and logistics.

The role requires a bachelor's in related field, at least 2 years' experience in purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and data analysis tools. On-site, English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role.
• Proficient in SAP and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices.
• On-site in Cikarang; willing to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source suppliers for required goods and services.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain productive relationships.
• Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve purchasing strategies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
• Assist with the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
