Job summary

PT. Geptronika Sentosa Utama is seeking a qualified Procurement Staff to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for engineering projects in Indonesia. You will evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery of goods, both locally and for import shipments.

Strong Excel skills and English communication are required to coordinate with workshop and logistics teams. The role requires a minimum D4/S1 in engineering, at least 3 years' experience, and familiarity with HS Code,

Qualifications

• Minimum D4/S1 in Engineering.
• At least 3 years as Procurement Staff.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Projects preferred.
• Familiarity with HS Code, Incoterms, and import documents.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for goods and services according to company and project needs.
• Search, evaluate, and select the best vendors/suppliers.
• Conduct price, quality, and lead time comparison analysis.
• Prepare and process purchasing documents such as PO, SO/WO, and related documents.
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to project needs.
• Coordinate with Workshop and Logistics teams.
• Manage local and import shipments (import handling).
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and seek alternative suppliers.
