Job summary

Prysmian in Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage vendor search, supplier selection, and procurement activities for the Indotaisei Industrial Area plant in Cikampek.

You will create purchase orders in SAP, negotiate with vendors, and ensure purchases follow company policies and standard manufacturing procedures.

Requires D3 or higher, Excel skills, SAP experience preferred, and strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree) or higher in any major (preferably engineering).
• Ability to operate Microsoft Excel (Beginner to Intermediate level).
• Experience with SAP system is preferred.
• Good negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Conduct vendor search and selection in accordance with Company policies and requirements.

Execute and understand the purchasing or procurement of goods and services for the Company following standard procedures in the manufacturing sector.

Create purchase orders using the SAP system.

Carry out negotiation processes at every stage of goods and services procurement with vendors.

Qualifications:

Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree) or higher in any major (preferably engineering).

Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Beginner to Intermediate level).

Ability to operate the SAP system is preferred.

Proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Possess negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Interested in business and manufacturing operations.

Interested in digital application programs and data analysis.

Willing to be placed at our plant located in the Indotaisei Industrial Area, Cikampek.
