Imoto Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound international shipments by sea, air, and land. You will liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers to negotiate rates and schedules, and you will prepare and verify essential shipping documents.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers to negotiate rates and schedules.
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.
Ensure timely booking, container release, and shipping instruction submissions.
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast and plan shipments.
Support the monitoring of transportation costs and shipment lead times.
Support coordination with logistics partners and follow up on shipment status.
Handle import/export clearance processes in compliance with government regulations and HS codes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and free trade agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearance.
Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, import/export regulations, and documentation.
Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using ERP or logistics management systems is a plus.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
