Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is recruiting a Logistics Staff to manage import-export logistics from PO to delivery, including customs clearance. The role requires coordination with foreign principals and stakeholders to ensure smooth shipments.

You will handle documentation, Incoterms, and liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and the warehouse, ensuring compliance and timely execution. A Bachelor's degree, strong English, and at least two years' end-to-end logistics experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 2 years of experience as logistics staff, experienced in end-to-end shipment process (custom clearance, Incoterms, FCL/LCL).
• Own driver's license SIM A or C.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor import-export logistics processes, from Purchase Order (PO), shipment, and customs clearance through to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse.
• Coordinate with Principals, particularly those based in China and Europe, regarding schedules, documentation, shipments, and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, Customs authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties throughout the import-export process.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of logistics and customs documentation, including LS, PIB, and other customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding documentation and payments for freight forwarders, Customs authorities, surveyors, Principals, and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding the receipt of goods following the customs clearance process.
• Monitor shipment status for both air and sea freight and ensure all processes are carried out according to schedule and applicable regulations.

Our client is a Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Logistics Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor import-export logistics processes, from Purchase Order (PO), shipment, and customs clearance through to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse.

Coordinate with Principals, particularly those based in China and Europe, regarding schedules, documentation, shipments, and logistics requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, Customs authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties throughout the import-export process.
