Job summary

TUJUH BENUA GLOBAL in Jakarta is seeking an Export-Import Compliance Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end export and import processes in accordance with applicable regulations.

You will prepare and review documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB), coordinate with internal teams, customs officers, forwarders, and clients, and manage submissions through INSW, CEISA, and other customs systems while monitoring regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Export-Import or Customs Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB).
• Familiar with INSW, CEISA, and customs systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import processes in compliance with applicable regulations
