PT. CANADA GREEN GATE is seeking an experienced Import/Export Logistics Specialist in Indonesia to coordinate shipments, ensure timely delivery, and handle customs clearance. You will work with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to prepare documents and monitor status.
The role requires at least 4 years in the field, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication, supporting manufacturing operations with international shipments.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers, and other related parties
Prepare and verify import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, and other required documents
Monitor shipment schedules, vessel/flight status, and delivery progress
Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Coordinate the delivery and receipt of imported materials, spare parts, machinery, and other goods required for manufacturing operations
Follow up on shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies or shipment-related issues
Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and shipping documentation
Monitor freight and logistics costs and coordinate with relevant departments regarding shipment requirements
Prepare regular reports related to import/export and logistics activities
Requirement
Minimum 4 years of experience in freight forwarding, import and export, logistics, or a related position, preferably in the manufacturing or logistic industry
Good understanding of import and export processes, freight forwarding, and customs procedures
Familiar with import and export documentation and shipping processes
Good communication and coordination skills with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Must be good command of English, both written and verbal
Experience handling international shipments and customs clearance
Experience in a manufacturing company with regular import of raw materials, machinery, or spare parts
