• Issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring policy and budget compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships for high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure availability of items.
• Track and analyze procurement spending, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
