Job summary

Seven Retail invites a Procurement Associate Manager to join our Jakarta team. You will manage end-to-end procurement for operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on needs and budgets.

You will identify and onboard vendors, negotiate terms, issue POs, monitor performance, and analyze spending to identify cost efficiencies. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in procurement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or educational setting.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms, prices, and service level agreements.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely availability of required items.
• Track and analyze procurement spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to budget.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
