JOB OVERVIEW

Manage supply chain planning activities to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient distribution based on business and market demand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning: Forecast product demand using historical data, market trends, sales performance, and business inputs.

Inventory Planning: Monitor inventory levels and develop replenishment plans to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

Supply Planning: Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements and coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure product availability.

Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient storage, transportation, and timely product delivery.

Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and disruptions, and develop backup plans to maintain product availability.

Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, distribution processes, and overall supply chain costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Clinic teams to align demand and supply plans with business requirements.

Process Improvement: Develop and improve supply chain planning processes, tools, and reporting to support operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data and KPIs.

Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning systems.

Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
