Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline and operational roles in Jakarta. You will source candidates across portals, social media, and referrals, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

You'll aim to meet hiring targets while delivering a positive candidate experience, maintain recruitment records, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring, high-volume recruitment, or agency recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting recruitment KPIs.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and continuously improve hiring processes.
