Job summary

Impi Hotels in Seminyak is seeking dynamic hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch the restaurant by developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training staff to ensure exceptional service from day one.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, lead a team, manage inventory and costs, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and standards in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role; pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Neat, clean, and friendly appearance with strong customer service orientation.
• Highly disciplined, honest, and hardworking.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-opening execution: develop SOPs, setup daily operations, recruit/train staff.
• Daily operations: manage front-of-house and back-of-house for efficiency and service.
• Team leadership: train, motivate, and manage staff performance.
• Financial & inventory control: manage inventory, control costs, monitor daily sales.
• Compliance & standards: enforce hygiene, safety, and restaurant regulations.
