Job summary

Impi Hotels in Seminyak invites hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch restaurant operations, establish SOPs, recruit and train staff, and oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening Execution: assist in restaurant launch prep, SOP development, setup, and staff recruitment/training.
• Daily Operations: supervise front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure efficient service standards.
• Team Leadership: build a culture of excellence; train, motivate, and manage staff performance.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage inventory, control operating costs, and monitor daily sales to meet targets.
• Compliance & Standards: enforce hygiene, safety protocols, and restaurant regulations.
