Job summary

Impi Hotels is seeking a Front Office Daily Worker for our pre-opening team in Seminyak, Bali. You will work closely with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and respond promptly to inquiries.

Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and maintain a clean, guest-friendly lobby and public areas. Prior experience in a star-rated hotel and fluency in English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in the same role at a star-rated hotel; pre-opening experience is a plus.
• SMK or Diploma graduate in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Fluent English and good communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and arrange transportation, bookings, or amenities.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor throughout stay.
• Keep lobby and public areas clean, organized and guest-ready.
