Impi Hotels in Seminyak is seeking dynamic hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch the restaurant by developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training staff to ensure exceptional service from day one.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, lead a team, manage inventory and costs, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and standards in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role; pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Neat, clean, and friendly appearance with strong customer service orientation.
• Highly disciplined, honest, and hardworking.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment.

Job Descriptions

• Pre-Opening Execution: Take an active role in restaurant launch preparation, including developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training new staff.
• Daily Operations: Oversee the entire front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure maximum efficiency and flawless service standards once open.
• Team Leadership: Build a culture of excellence. Train, motivate, and manage staff performance with a fair but firm approach.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Manage inventory, control operational costs, and monitor daily sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Compliance & Standards: Strictly enforce discipline, hygiene, safety protocols, and restaurant regulations.

Requirements

• Highly disciplined, honest, and hardworking.
• A positive work attitude, and a willingness to listen to and follow instructions from superiors.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position (experience in the Seminyak/Canggu area or on pre-opening projects is a plus).
• Good English communication skills.
• Neat, clean, and friendly appearance, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Adaptable and ready to work under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment.
