Impi Hotels in Seminyak invites hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch the restaurant, build SOPs, recruit and train staff, and set up daily operations.

As a front- and back-of-house leader, you will oversee service standards, control costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety. A strong customer-service mindset and good English are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Disciplined, honest and hardworking.
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–2 years experience in similar role; Seminyak/Canggu area or pre-opening projects is a plus.
• Neat, clean and friendly appearance with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening Execution: take an active role in restaurant launch preparation, including developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training new staff.
• Daily Operations: oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure maximum efficiency and flawless service standards once open.
• Team Leadership: build a culture of excellence. Train, motivate, and manage staff performance with a fair but firm approach.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage inventory, control operational costs, and monitor daily sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Compliance & Standards: strictly enforce discipline, hygiene, safety protocols, and restaurant regulations.
