Job summary

Impi Hotels in Seminyak invites dynamic hospitality professionals to join its founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch the restaurant by developing SOPs, organizing daily operations, and recruiting/training new staff to ensure a flawless opening.

You will manage front- and back-of-house operations, lead a team to deliver outstanding service, oversee inventory and costs, and enforce hygiene and safety standards in a high-energy pre-opening environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same position (1–2 years) preferred; Seminyak/Canggu area or pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment and under pressure.
