IMPI Hotels is seeking a proactive hospitality professional to join our pre-opening team in Seminyak. You will help launch operations, set up SOPs, and recruit/train staff to deliver exceptional service.

As a key member of the opening team, you will oversee daily operations, lead staff, manage inventory and costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Strong English and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Highly disciplined, honest, and hardworking.
• Positive work attitude and willingness to listen to and follow instructions from superiors.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position (Seminyak/Canggu area or pre-opening projects is a plus).
• Good English communication skills.
• Neat, clean, and friendly appearance with strong customer service orientation.
• Adaptable and ready to work under pressure in a dynamic pre-opening environment.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Opening Execution: participate in restaurant launch prep, SOP development, setup of daily operations, and staff recruiting/training.
• Daily Operations: oversee front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure efficient service once open.
• Team Leadership: cultivate a high-performance culture; train, motivate, and manage staff performance.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage inventory, control costs, and monitor daily sales to meet targets.
• Compliance & Standards: enforce hygiene, safety protocols, and restaurant regulations.
