Job summary

Impi Hotels in Seminyak is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, develop SOPs, set up daily workflows, and recruit, train, and empower staff to deliver flawless service from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant leadership, a track record in pre-opening or stand-alone venues, a sharp eye for detail, and a firm but fair leadership style.

Qualifications

• High integrity and punctual professional ethics.
• Experience in pre-opening or stand-alone venues preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening Execution: develop SOPs, setup operations, recruit/train staff.
• Daily Operations: oversee FOH and BOH for efficiency and service.
• Team Leadership: train, motivate, manage staff performance.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage inventory, control costs, monitor sales.

Job Descriptions

• Pre-Opening Execution: Take an active role in restaurant launch preparation, including developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training new staff.
• Daily Operations: Oversee the entire front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure maximum efficiency and flawless service standards once open.
• Team Leadership: Build a culture of excellence. Train, motivate, and manage staff performance with a fair but firm approach.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Manage inventory, control operational costs, and monitor daily sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Compliance & Standards: Strictly enforce discipline, hygiene, safety protocols, and restaurant regulations.

Requirements
