Job summary

Impi Hotels in Seminyak invites hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team. You will help launch restaurant operations, establish SOPs, recruit and train staff, and oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to uphold service standards.

The role requires discipline, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced pre-opening environment. Fluent English is preferred.

Job Descriptions

• Pre-Opening Execution: Take an active role in restaurant launch preparation, including developing SOPs, setting up daily operations, and recruiting/training new staff.

Requirements
