Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager in Indonesia to drive sales growth in the electrical power sector. The role focuses on PLN tender leadership, key account management, and strategic development across West and Central Java.

You will lead bids, coordinate with engineering and production teams, and build strong customer relationships with PLN and major OEMs. Strong technical background in instrument transformers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Total experience: >=10 years in electrical industry, with >=7 years in sales/business development.
• Proven PLN tender/procurement experience.
• Experience with major accounts: multinational manufacturers, OEMs, utilities.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical equipment, CTs and VTs.
• Proficient business English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales activities and PLN tender processes, including qualification, bids, negotiations, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with PLN stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Manage and expand key accounts across industrial customers and OEMs.
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies to grow market share.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
