Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma Degree (D3) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and the latest employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS, and attendance management systems.
• Proven experience in managing HRGA operations within a manufacturing company.
• Solid experience in Industrial Relations, External Relations, and government liaison activities.
• Experience in handling labor disputes, employee relations matters, and union-related issues.
• Proven track record in mass recruitment, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports effectively (preferred).
• Good understanding of ISO standards, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) implementation, and Operational Excellence culture (preferred).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRGA activities at Plant Jawilan and support business and operational objectives.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Indonesian regulations.
• Oversee industrial relations and government liaison activities.
• Review payroll data input in the Talenta system and handle personnel administration.
• Oversee General Affairs: facilities, security, housekeeping, transportation, and accommodation.
• Ensure compliance with the CLA/PKB and company policies.
• Support EHS programs and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor GA expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to all departments on people management matters.
• Provide accurate HR data, reports, and workforce analytics to management.
• Support talent management, engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
• Drive continuous improvement in HRGA processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
