Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking two HRGA professionals to lead HR and General Affairs at Plant Jawilan and Cibitung, focusing on policy implementation, compliance with Indonesian labor law, and proactive people management.

You will partner with management to optimize payroll, attendance, benefits, facilities, safety, and regulatory relations while driving cost efficiency and a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, Psychology, Management, or Law.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, and attendance systems.
• Experience in HRGA operations within manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial relations, external relations, and government liaison.
• Experience handling labor disputes and union issues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports.
• ISO, EHS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and General Affairs at Plant Jawilan.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance with regulations.
• Manage industrial relations and government liaison.
• Review payroll data in the Talenta system and administer HR tasks.
• Oversee GA functions: facilities, security, housekeeping, transport.
• Ensure CLA/PKB compliance and group policies.
• Support EHS programs and safety culture.
• Monitor GA expenses and budget compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance on people management.
• Prepare HR data, reports, and analytics for management.
• Support talent management and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement of HRGA processes.
