Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking two HRGA Supervisors to manage HR and General Affairs at plants in Cibitung and Jawilan. The role requires ensuring HR policies, payroll oversight, industrial relations, EHS support, and cost control, with a focus on compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and CLA/PKB.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's or Diploma in HR/Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and attendance management systems.
• Experience in managing HRGA operations in manufacturing.
• Solid background in industrial relations and government liaison.
• Experience handling labor disputes and union-related matters.
• Track record in mass recruitment and employee engagement programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of ISO, EHS, and Operational Excellence (preferred).
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR and General Affairs activities at Plant Jawilan to support objectives.
• Implement HR policies in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Oversee industrial relations and government liaison activities.
• Review payroll data and personnel administration in Talenta.
• Oversee facilities, security, housing, and transportation.
• Ensure CLA/PKB compliance and EHS program support.
• Monitor GA expenses and drive cost effectiveness.
• Partner with departments on people management and workforce analytics.
• Support talent management, engagement, performance, and development.
• Drive continuous improvement in HRGA processes to improve service.
