Job summary

Connectiv Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HRBP & GA Manager to lead the HR and General Affairs function for its Batam operations. The role partners with the site GM and reports to the Group Head of HR and Regional GM to cover manpower planning, talent acquisition and organization development.

The incumbent will drive performance management, C&B and payroll, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations while building a strong internal talent pipeline and embedding the desired

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in labour-intensive operations.
• Experience in agriculture, plantation, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Practical, hands-on and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership: translate operational plans into manpower requirements and advise on workforce productivity.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: develop recruitment strategies and manage onboarding.
• Organization Development: build capabilities and develop internal talent pipelines.
• Performance Management: drive performance, implement PM framework and KPIs.
• Manpower Planning: lead planning and optimize workforce deployment.
• HR Operations & Compliance: ensure HR admin and regulatory compliance.
