PT Freight Cargo Logistics is seeking an Import Administration specialist to prepare, check, and process PIB documents and ensure accuracy in import filings. You will coordinate with Customs, PPJK, and freight forwarders, verify HS codes and values, and maintain records for efficient clearance.

Requirements include a minimum of D3/S1, 1–2 years PIB experience, familiarity with CEISA, and strong Excel and communication skills to work independently or in teams and meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Minimum D3/S1 education in relevant fields.
• 1–2 years of import administration experience, PIB document management.
• Understanding of import processes, customs procedures, HS code, and supporting documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination, able to meet deadlines.
• Experience using electronic customs systems such as CEISA.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, check, and process PIB documents according to applicable customs regulations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.).
• Data verification for imports (HS code, customs value, quantity, importer data).
• Coordinate with Customs, PPJK, freight forwarders and related parties to support smooth clearance.
• Monitor import clearance processes and ensure documents and requirements are fulfilled.
• Archive import documents and prepare status reports.
