PT. LESTARI WIJAYA ABADI is seeking a Drafter PIB/PEB & CEISA 4.0 to prepare, verify, and monitor customs documents for import and export activities. You will ensure data accuracy and complete documentation in line with regulations, using CEISA 4.0 and standard office tools.

Ideal candidates have D3 in a relevant field, with experience in PIB/PEB drafting, customs administration, and CEISA 4.0 usage. This role requires meticulousness and timely coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders,

Qualifications

Minimum D3 education in Customs/Logistics/Intl Trade or related field.
Experience in export-import documentation and customs administration.
Understanding of CEISA 4.0 for import/export processes.
Ability to verify PIB/PEB documents and related papers.

Responsibilities

Data entry, verification, submission, and follow-up of customs documents via CEISA 4.0.
Verify completeness and conformity of Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, manifest, and other docs.
Ensure accurate importer/exporter data, HS code, quantity, weight, country of origin/destination.
Assist in verification of customs value, import duty, and PDRI requirements.
Check Lartas compliance and document licensing requirements.
Monitor status of documents, billing, and responses until clearance.
Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure data completeness.
Organize export-import files systematically for traceability.
