Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist in Jakarta to manage end-to-end import/export clearance. You will prepare and review declarations, coordinate with Bea Cukai, freight forwarders, and agencies, and monitor cargo release to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of customs clearance experience, knowledge of import/export procedures, and proficiency with Excel and systems like INSW/CEISA/PIB/PEB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customs clearance.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of LARTAS, BPOM, HS CODE, Karantina, MoT import permit processes and product classification.
• Familiarity with INSW, CEISA, PIB, and PEB systems.
• DJBC/PPJK training certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English (advantage).
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Job description

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the customs clearance process.

Stay updated on the latest customs regulations.

Qualifications:

Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.

Knowledge of LARTAS (Larangan dan Pembatasan), BPOM, HS CODE, Karantina, MoT import permit processes and product classification

Familiarity with the INSW, CEISA, PIB, and PEB systems.

Certification from DJBC/PPJK training is highly preferred (e.g., Sertifikasi Kepabeanan Tingkat Dasar or Ahli Kepabeanan)

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is an advantage.

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Able to work quickly, responsively, and accurately.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
