Job summary

PT RUBY GROUP in Jakarta requires an experienced Import Export Documentation professional to lead PIB preparation, oversee import clearance, and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs. You will independently prepare PIB drafts, verify documents, and coordinate with PPJK, brokers, and internal teams to keep shipments moving smoothly under tight deadlines.

A minimum 3–5 years in import documentation and strong knowledge of HS codes, duties, and licenses is required; CEISA and INSW familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of import documentation experience.
• Experience preparing, reviewing PIB drafts.
• Strong knowledge of HS classification, duties, taxes.
• Familiar with Indonesian customs procedures.
• Experience with SPPB and SPJM.
• PPJK certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify PIB drafts ensuring HS codes, values, duties, taxes, and documents.
• Verify completeness of import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• Coordinate with PPJK, customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Monitor clearance progress including PIB submission, verification, inspections, and SPPB issuance.
• Handle issues such as SPJM, discrepancies, inspections, and additional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company SOPs.
• Monitor permits like LS, SNI, and other regulatory documents.
• Maintain accurate records and clearance reports.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to prevent delays and penalties.
