Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Indonesia is seeking a proactive candidate to qualify databases via phone and email, and to maintain and update our CRM records. This role involves identifying new leads, creating entries in the CRM, and routing them to the appropriate sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree with a science or technical background.
• English reading/listening skills are a must.

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying database via phone & email.
• Updating CRM Database.
• Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM, and assign leads to the correct sales.
• Support & execute planned TM campaigns or support event campaigns.
