Job summary

PT Mettler Toledo Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Lead Gen associate in Bekasi to find leads by phone, create them in CRM, and route them to the right sales contact.

You'll support planned trade marketing campaigns or events, while leveraging a bachelor's or diploma with English reading/listening skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome; health insurance is offered. Prior telemarketing or data survey experience is a plus and manufacturing background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in any major; however, a technical background such as chemical, electrical, or related fields is considered a plus.
• English is a must (reading & listening)
• Persuasive in information gathering and management
• Result-driven
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude
• Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveyor is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
